Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant for the Des Moines area to grow our roofing and exterior restoration business. You will leverage your sales experience to build relationships, qualify opportunities, and close deals.

The role offers paid training, weekly pay, and an uncapped commission structure. Training and field support are provided, with local travel to homeowner appointments from our Clive, IA office.

Qualifications

• Must have professional sales experience.
• Outside sales or D2D experience strongly preferred.
• Roofing or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Des Moines market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent work with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to identify roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Build relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Conduct property inspections and identify project opportunities.
• Present solutions based on customer needs and move opportunities forward.
• Manage the sales process from appointment to project completion.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with follow-ups.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
