Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to build relationships with homeowners across Kansas and identify exterior restoration needs. You will schedule inspections, present solutions, and manage projects from inquiry to completion.

No roofing experience is required, and training is provided. This is a full-time W-2 role with weekly pay and uncapped commissions, offering substantial earning potential in a growing market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
