Vault Roofing is seeking a district-level leader to guide our outside sales team in the King of Prussia, PA area. You will mentor reps, set targets, and drive growth by building relationships with contractors, builders, and clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in roofing outside sales, a proven leadership record, and strong knowledge of roofing products. Travel up to 75% to expand our market footprint and optimize sales processes locally.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales in the roofing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of sales professionals and achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing products, services, and industry-specific sales techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to streamline processes and analyze performance.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
