Vault Roofing in South Jersey is seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Representatives to join our Roof Inspection Campaign. You will make outbound calls to offer complimentary roof inspections, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.

This role is office-based, with a focus on meeting daily and weekly targets while building rapport with clients. We offer training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must work in the office 9AM-5:30PM, no remote.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Proficient with laptops and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls offering complimentary roof inspections.
• Use scripts and talking points to communicate benefits.
• Build rapport with customers and address questions or concerns.
• Schedule roof inspections based on customer availability and company calendar.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and appointments.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
• Collaborate with team to improve campaign strategies and achieve goals.
