Job summary

Vault Roofing is seeking a District Manager to lead our outside sales team and drive growth. You will mentor reps, develop sales strategies, and build relationships with contractors, builders, and developers while safeguarding a premier customer experience.

Requirements include at least 3 years in outside roofing sales, proven leadership, strong communication, CRM experience, and a valid drivers license with willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in the roofing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of sales professionals and achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing products, services, and industry-specific sales techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to streamline processes and analyze performance.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
