Guardian Roofing, LLC seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our residential roofing sales team. This role drives revenue growth, coaches a high-performing team, and ensures achievement of department goals.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with in-home sales experience, knowledge of residential roofing systems, and a passion for motivating others to succeed. You will lead by example in the field and focus on executing a best-in-class sales process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven success in sales management with measurable results.
• Knowledge of residential roofing systems including composite, shingle, shake, flat, and torch.
• Experience delivering in-home sales presentations and closing deals.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage sales teams, including performance management.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, lead, and coach a team of Sales Specialists to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Prepare and lead weekly sales meetings in conjunction with other management.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with Sales Specialist to review performance and set goals.
• Perform 6 to 9 weekly ride-a-longs with sales team members.
• Master and continuously improve the in-home sales process through training and role-play.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training new sales team members.
• Encourage and coach team members to offer financing to improve close rates.
