SUNVEK in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be a key point of contact for customers throughout their roofing and construction experience. Reporting to the Office Manager, the CSR will use ServiceTitan to keep records, manage appointments, and ensure timely, accurate communication.

This in-person, full-time role requires construction or home-services experience, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, home services, or related field-service environment.
• Hands-on ServiceTitan usage for customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or administration.
• Strong customer-service skills with homeowners, field teams, and internal staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text.
• Manage calls, gather information, route requests to the right team.
• Use ServiceTitan daily to maintain customer records, jobs, appointments, notes, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and field teams to inform customers about scheduling and status.
• Proactively communicate schedule changes and project updates to customers.
• Schedule appointments and assist with roofing inspections and service calls.
• Follow up with customers to ensure commitments are met and issues resolved.
