Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, orders, quotes, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, orders, pricing, and product information.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and identify suitable products.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Support Outside Sales with customers and follow-up.
• Prepare quotes and sales orders; verify pricing and availability.
• Coordinate orders with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Logistics and Accounting.
• Maintain CRM and ERP records; document interactions accurately.
