Residential Roofing Sales Representative – Phoenix, AZ

Commission Only (OTE $100,000–$225,000)

Full-Time | Field-Based (Optional Weekend Work)

Company: SUNVEK Roofing, a trusted residential roofing partner in Arizona for nearly 40 years.

Position Overview

The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for conducting roof inspections, educating homeowners, and selling reroof, repair, and maintenance solutions across the Phoenix metro area. This role reports directly to the Company President and offers strong earning potential, company-provided leads, and full operational support.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential roof inspections, measurements, and scopes of work
• Sell reroof projects, repairs, and maintenance programs
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and timelines
• Manage and follow up on inbound company-provided leads (over 1,500 YTD)
• Prospect and generate additional business through referrals and local outreach
• Prepare and present proposals to close projects
• Collaborate with estimating and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer notes in the CRM

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential roofing, home services, or construction sales experience
• Ability to walk roofs and develop clear scopes of work
• Strong communication, customer service, and consultative selling skills
• Valid driver’s license and daily travel across the Phoenix area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling residential reroofs or insurance-related roofing work
• Familiarity with shingle, tile, foam, and TPO systems
• Experience with CRM tools (ServiceTitan is a plus)

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation plus ramp stipend
• On-target earnings of $100,000–$175,000+ (uncapped potential)
