Job summary

Exterior Home Solutions is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative to drive bookings for roofing projects. You will make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads, respond rapidly to inbound inquiries, and book appointments for the Sales Reps.

You'll keep CRM records up to date in ServiceTitan, hit ambitious KPIs, and enjoy a performance-based environment with clear paths for advancement and generous earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High-energy and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent phone skills with a friendly, persuasive tone.
• Strong ability to convert warm leads and manage follow-ups.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to hit targets.
• Sales or home improvement experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes.
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM records clean and up to date in ServiceTitan.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Collaborate with outside sales and installation teams.
