Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation’s Phoenix, AZ division seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support the Account Executive team, handling orders, shipments and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service or admin, strong phone/email communication, and familiarity with ERP (PeopleSoft) and CRM (Salesforce). Occasional travel and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Account Executive team to provide the best experience possible to external customers that result in win-win solutions for customers and the organization.
• Assists in handling all customer requests promptly managing customer orders from placement through shipment and billing.
• Assists in monitoring backorders, reviews production, scheduling and inventory reports daily, and communicates in a timely manner with customers on backorder situations.
• Adheres to company’s policies and procedures when assisting customers.
• Advises Account Executive, or Customer Service Manager of concerns or issues impacting service.
