Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Romanian Speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia office in Bulgaria. You will provide premium customer support via phone, email, and live chat to our international clients, while maintaining detailed records in our internal system.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong command of English for corporate communication.

Responsibilities
