Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Romanian-speaking Support Specialist to join a fast-growing team. The role is remote from Bulgaria with relocation opportunities and fully paid training.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chats, contributing to a positive international customer experience. Successful candidates will have C1/C2 Romanian, strong English, and be willing to relocate if needed.

Formación

• Must have C1/C2 Romanian, written and spoken.
• High level English required.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV/Cover Letter.
• EU passport or Bulgarian work permit required.

Location: Bulgaria (Relocation Opportunity Available)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Description: We are looking for a Romanian-Speaking Support Specialist to come and join our fast-growing team. Working remotely in Bulgaria, you’ll be responsible for answering customer enquiries, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full, paid training is provided.
