Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Hungarian-speaking Support Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This is a fully remote role based in Bulgaria with relocation assistance for successful candidates living abroad, and comprehensive paid training.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely, friendly support to a diverse international customer base.

Qualifications

• Must have C1/C2 level of Hungarian (written and verbal) and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or cover letter.
• Must have a valid EU passport, or Bulgarian work permit.
• Must be living in Bulgaria or willing to relocate there; relocation package offered.
