The Sheridan Group’s printing team seeks an Assistant Print Production Technician (Rolltender) for full-time, 12-hour day shifts. You’ll be trained on offset presses and contribute to high-quality journals and publications.

You'll read job specs, set up presses, adjust colors and registration, and work safely with PPE in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to build lasting manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read job specs and follow instructions precisely.
• Comfort with manual tasks and working with printing equipment.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate single- and multi-color offset printing presses.
• Read job instructions and prepare the press for each project.
• Install printing plates, adjust registration, and prepare for production.
• Make color and quality adjustments to meet standards.
• Monitor equipment during production and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on presses.
• Work safely while collaborating with a supportive team.
