TSG - The Sheridan Group is seeking an Assistant Print Production Technician (Rolltender) for 12-hour day shifts. We’ll train you and place you on our press team to produce high-quality journals and publications.

You will set up and operate offset presses, read instructions, install plates, adjust registration, and monitor quality. This role offers hands-on training, overtime opportunities, and a clear path to a stable manufacturing career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math (fractions/decimals).
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate single- and multi-color offset printing presses.
• Read job instructions and prepare the press for each project.
• Install printing plates, adjust registration, and prepare for production.
• Make color and quality adjustments to meet standards.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor issues during production.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on presses.
• Work safely while collaborating with a supportive team.
