Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Print Production Technician (Rolltender) for 12-hour day shifts. You will set up and operate offset presses, read job instructions, install plates, adjust registration, and prepare the press for production.

This position includes hands-on training, emphasis on quality, safety PPE provided, and overtime opportunities. We value dependability, mechanical aptitude, and a positive team mindset as you help bring journals and publications to life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read job specs and adjust machines accordingly.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with printing equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate single- and multi-color offset presses.
• Read job instructions and prepare the press for each project.
• Install printing plates, adjust registration, and prep for production.
• Make color and quality adjustments to meet standards.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
• Work safely while collaborating with a team.
