The Sheridan Group in the United States is hiring an Assistant Print Production Technician (Rolltender) to support our press team. You'll learn setup, operate single- and multi-color offset presses, read job instructions, install plates, adjust registration, and prepare for production. This is a hands-on, training-focused role with safety expectations and opportunities to advance in a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read job specs and perform basic math with fractions/decimals.
• Mechanical aptitude with interest in press equipment.
• Detail-oriented with quality focus.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate offset presses.
• Read instructions and prepare press for production.
• Install printing plates and adjust registration.
• Make color/quality adjustments to meet standards.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Work safely with a collaborative team.
