Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Print Production Technician (Rolltender) to contribute to high-quality printed materials on 12-hour day shifts. This hands-on role includes setup and operation of offset presses, reading job instructions, installing plates, and ensuring color accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Read a tape measure and perform basic math including fractions and decimals.
• Mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with equipment.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Read and follow job specifications and adjust equipment as needed.
• Work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate single- and multi-color offset printing presses.
• Read job instructions and prepare the press for each project.
• Install printing plates, adjust registration, and prepare for production.
• Make color and quality adjustments to meet standards.
• Monitor equipment during production and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs to keep presses running.
• Work safely while collaborating with a supportive team.
