TSG - The Sheridan Group in New Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Print Production Technician (Rolltender) for 12-hour day shifts on a full-time basis. You will set up and operate offset presses, read job specs, install plates, adjust color, and monitor production while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math including fractions and decimals.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with printing equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability follow specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate single- and multi-color offset printing presses.
• Read job instructions and prepare the press for each project.
• Install printing plates, adjust registration, and prepare the press for production.
• Make color and quality adjustments to meet standards.
• Monitor equipment during production and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs to presses.
• Work safely while collaborating with a supportive team.
