Schedule flexibility is essential to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on flawless client service and continuous improvements across store and online channels.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or luxury retail.
• Excels in client experience and relationship-building.
• Outstanding presentation skills and enthusiastic communication.
• Strong organizational, service, and time-management abilities.
• Creative problem-solver with process-improvement capability.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment.
• Excellent verbal communication and high-energy personality.
• Ability to coordinate with retail and corporate teams.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of luxury experience and luxury timepieces.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Rolex experience for WOSG Official Rolex Jeweler locations.
• Improve showroom, online and follow-up client experiences.
• Collaborate with showroom management and Rolex to align resources, programs and expectations.
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate showroom hours including evenings and weekends.
• Coordinate with retail and corporate teams to ensure smooth client journeys.
