Job summary

Mayors is seeking a Rolex Manager to create and manage the Rolex experience for WOSG Official Rolex Jeweler locations. You will continually improve in-showroom, online and follow-up experiences for clients, collaborating with showroom management and Rolex to set resources, programs and expectations for a dynamic client journey.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required as showroom hours vary. The ideal candidate will have luxury hospitality/retail experience, exceptional presentation

Qualifications

3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, luxury retail, or related field.
Excels in client experience and building relationships.
Outstanding presentation skills and enthusiastic communication.
Strong organizational, client service and time management skills.
Ability to find creative solutions and implement new processes.
Attention to detail and strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Create and manage the Rolex client journey in showroom, online, and follow-up channels.
Collaborate with showroom management and Rolex to determine resources and programs.
Support evenings and weekend showroom hours as required.
