Job summary

Mayors Jewelers in Florida is seeking a Rolex Manager to elevate the in-store and online Rolex experience across WOSG Official Rolex Jeweler locations. You will collaborate with showroom leadership and Rolex to tailor resources, programs, and expectations that deliver a smooth, luxury client journey.

This role requires schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and a passion for exceptional service, luxury timepieces, and building lasting client relationships.

• 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, luxury retail, or related field

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Rolex client journey across showroom, online, and follow-up touchpoints.
• Collaborate with showroom management and Rolex to determine resources, programs, and expectations.
• Ensure flexibility to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
