Responsibilities

• Determine records to release by reviewing requestor data per HIPAA guidelines.
• Answer phone calls regarding ROI issues.
• Assist walk-in requests and log information into ROI On-Line database.
• Process physician office requests and fax information as needed.
• Log and scan medical records into ROI On-Line database.
• Follow site policies and handle cash payments where applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
