Job summary

MRO Corporation is seeking an ROI Specialist to provide on-site support for Release of Information requests across client facilities in the United States. You will review requests, determine records to release, and gather patient data from electronic and physical sources in compliance with HIPAA.

You will handle phone inquiries, assist walk-ins, log and scan requests in the ROI On-Line system, and coordinate with physician offices as needed.
