Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience managing projects and small teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in North America
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Responsibilities
- Support customers in using TRACTIAN’s services, CBM and CMMS initiatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and ROI by managing internal and external resources
- Drive account growth by delivering ROI and building relationships
- Lead project kick-offs and provide training to all project stakeholders
