Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2-4+ years hands-on software or ML engineering in production.
• 4-7+ years in customer-facing/embedded tech roles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and tune AI solutions in assigned domain with TPM guidance.
• Run controlled A/B experiments to validate ROI.
• Collaborate with BU teams to observe workflows and gather feedback.
• Build data pipelines and system integrations for AI use.
• Document performance, failure modes and gaps for domain planning.
• Create structured practice reports and share learnings.
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for rotating FDEs.
• Develop components of agentic systems under architectural direction.
• Deliver experiments and document results.
