Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Manager, Forward Deployment Engineering in Frisco, TX to lead multiple pods delivering agentic AI solutions. You will oversee technical quality, cross-domain coordination, and executive-level collaboration to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Sufficient hands-on AI/ML background to guide strategic decisions.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders at Director/VP level.
• Experience leading multi-domain programs and managing managers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and strategic presence for agentic AI delivery decisions.
• Coordinate resources and headcount planning across pods and BU leaders.
• Build and maintain relationships with BU Directors and VPs; align roadmap with business objectives.
• Set practice-wide standards for responsible AI, data privacy, and security.
• Direct pod performance and coach managers to improve ROI and team health.
