Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4+ years hands-on software or ML engineering in production.
• Experience deploying to cloud environments and building system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and iterate agentic AI solutions in the business domain.
• Run weekly A/B experiments and document ROI targets.
• Collaborate with BU teams across care, retail, finance, and supply chain.
• Develop data pipelines and normalize BU data for AI consumption.
• Support reporting and requirements cycles for domain planning.
