Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners (FPACP) is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and develop therapy plans in collaboration with physicians. You will administer active and passive therapies, retrain ADLs, and guide staff including the OTA to support patient goals.

Qualifications include a state OT license and a degree at the bachelor’s level or higher. The role emphasizes ethical practice, infection control, and teamwork within our rehab department.

Qualifications

• Must hold current OT license/registration in the state of hire.
• Duties require evaluating patients and developing OT treatment plans.
• Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistant when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop OT treatment plans.
