Job summary

FPACP ORANGE LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement PT treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy in collaboration with the physician. Responsibilities include supervising a PT assistant when applicable, administering modalities, and guiding patients and caregivers in improving daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license/registration as a Physical Therapist in the hiring state.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to coordinate care across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop PT treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
• Administer active and passive therapies and modalities.
• Supervise and direct Physical Therapy Assistants when assigned.
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve activities of daily living.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and participate in care conferences.
