Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, delivering therapy and supervising assistants as needed. You will administer therapeutic exercises and cognitive techniques while promoting independence in activities of daily living.

The role requires a state license and an OT degree, with responsibility for designing plans of care, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring compliance with state

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current license/registration by state of hire as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement occupational therapy treatment programs in collaboration with the physician.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant when assigned.
• Coordinate and communicate with other clinicians to support the patient Plan of Care.
• Apply modalities and therapeutic techniques to improve function and relieve pain.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and coding.
