Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and develop occupational therapy treatment programs in collaboration with physicians.

The role provides OT treatments, including ADL retraining and cognitive techniques, and may supervise an OTA. Collaboration with other clinicians and adherence to Focused Care standards are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current license/registration by state of hire as an Occupational Therapist.
• Ability to develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop OT treatment programs in collaboration with the physician.
• Provide occupational therapy treatments including ADL retraining and cognitive techniques.
• Supervise an Occupational Therapy Assistant when assigned.
• Coordinate with other clinicians and participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Adhere to ethical standards and Focused Care philosophy while maintaining patient rights.
