Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and develop OT treatment programs in collaboration with physicians. The role involves administering complex therapeutic exercises, ADL retraining, and cognitive techniques, while supervising an OT Assistant if assigned.

The position requires a OT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate) and current state licensure, with responsibilities including planning, implementing, and coordinating OT care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license/registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OT treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
• Provide direct OT services and supervise/assist the OT Assistant when assigned.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and ADL retraining to improve patient function.
• Coordinate care with other clinicians and document progress and discharge plans.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state/federal regulations.
