Job summary

FPACP Pasadena LLC is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment programs with physicians, and provide OT services including ADL retraining and cognitive techniques. You will supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant when assigned and coordinate care with other clinicians to support patient goals.

Qualifications

• OT degree and state licensure; eligible to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Administers therapeutic exercises and ADL retraining.
