Job summary

FPACP Linden LLC is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, develop occupational therapy plans, and deliver focused therapies in collaboration with physicians. You will supervise an OTA if assigned and participate in interdisciplinary care conferences, maintaining high standards of care and ethical practices.

Qualified candidates hold a current OT license, and have strong communication and organization skills to manage patient plans and discharge goals within Focused Care

Qualifications

• OT degree and current state license/registration are required.
• Must meet professional and ethical standards as an Occupational Therapist.
• Ability to participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide direct OT treatments and ADL retraining.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistant when assigned.
• Organize workload to maximize efficiency and meet patient needs.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with other clinicians and families.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

Current OT license/registration
