Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, develop OT treatment plans, and provide therapy in collaboration with physicians. You will supervise an OTA when assigned and guide ADL retraining and cognitive techniques to improve daily living.

As part of the therapy department, you will coordinate with other clinicians, maintain documentation, and adhere to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current license/registration by state of hire as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop occupational therapy treatment programs in collaboration with the physician.
• Administers complex active and passive therapeutic exercise, ADL retraining, and cognitive techniques.
• Instructs and assists patients in learning and improving activities of daily living.
• Supervises the Occupational Therapy Assistant when assigned.
• Demonstrates ethical business practices and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
