Job summary

Via is seeking a General Manager to lead the on-site operations of its Rochester, MN service. You will supervise a diverse team of drivers, dispatchers, mechanics and on-the-ground staff, balancing entrepreneurship with hands-on operations and customer focus.

You'll partner with Via leadership and external partners, set weekly KPIs, prepare reports, analyze data to drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with all policies while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be local or willing to relocate to Rochester, MN.

Responsibilities

• Manage the on-site daily operations of Via's service in Rochester, MN.
• Prioritize operational issues as a real-time point of contact for drivers and dispatchers; provide scheduling solutions for a round-the-time team.
• Lead, coach and develop a large team of drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, and on-ground staff; foster a collaborative, energetic environment.
• Be the face of the operation; develop relationships with driver partners, customers, community leaders, and local organizations.
• Liaise with Via senior management and external partners.
