Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor, seeks a Sales Consultant to service retail stores in the Rochester area and represent our Gallo portfolio. You will manage an established sales territory, handling selling, servicing, merchandising, and account administration.

Earn between $50,000 and $75,000+ annually based on performance. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree or related industry experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license with reliable

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
Prior route sales experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Goals- and results driven mindset.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Local candidates preferred; no relocation package.

Responsibilities

Territory Management: maintain consistent customer contact and execute sales initiatives.
Selling: understand products/pricing, make effective presentations, grow business, identify new accounts.
Merchandising: optimize displays, shelf positions, and points of sale across venues.
Servicing: conduct sales calls, verify inventory, and minimize order errors.
Administration: follow company policies and complete paperwork promptly.
