Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Clinical Representative, Monarch Urology, to cover the Capital Corridor Territory (SC, NC, VA, DC) and ideally be based out of North Carolina. The role may also be based in Santa Clara, CA with western proximity preferred.

You will advance surgical technologies, deliver education, and support physicians and staff in procedural settings. Join a team delivering innovative, less invasive treatments and clinical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 3+ years relevant experience required.
• Clinical/medical device sales or procedural support experience required.
• Experience in urology or surgical robotics preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90% within assigned territory.
• Able to learn and communicate technical/clinical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and staff.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through training, education, and service.
• Support account development, increase user competence, drive utilization.
• Assist with demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve proficiency and adoption.
• Collaborate with leadership to support objectives and referral development.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for issues and reporting.
• Develop expert product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone workflows.
• Deliver high professionalism, service, and compliance in all interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities to ensure in-stock products for procedures.
