Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology to cover AZ, NM, and Las Vegas. You will provide procedural support, conduct demonstrations, and train clinicians while building strong customer relationships to drive adoption of surgical technologies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or an associate/medical cert) plus 3–5 years in clinical, medical device sales, or healthcare support, with extensive travel and a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; clinical, medical device sales, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts to physicians and staff.
• Strong customer service, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians in Monarch Urology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through clinical support, training, and education.
• Support account development to increase usage of system and disposables.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve proficiency and adoption.
• Collaborate with leaders to support territory objectives and account plans.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for questions and escalation.
• Develop expert product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone workflows.
