Job summary

Path Robotics seeks a hands-on Product Enablement Training Manager to own our technical training strategy end-to-end. You will build curriculums empowering internal fleet technicians and customer operators to run, maintain, and get the most value from our autonomous welding robots.

You will bridge Engineering and the field, turning product innovations into practical training, safety, and uptime improvements, with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, curriculum design, or customer enablement—ideally in robotics or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to design and roll out technical training programs from scratch.
• Able to translate complex engineering docs into practical learning for diverse audiences.
• Strong in-person instruction skills, on shop floor or classroom.
• Willing to travel 30%–40% to customer sites and fleets.
• Self-directed to own the training function and drive cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain training curriculums for internal technicians and customer operators.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to turn release notes into field training.
• Travel to customer sites to deliver hands-on training and gather feedback.
• Create scalable training frameworks, certifications, and refresher courses.
• Track training outcomes using adoption, certifications, and ticket trends.
