Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a hands-on Technical Training Manager to own our technical training strategy end-to-end. You will design and deliver curriculums that empower both internal fleet technicians and customer operators to run, maintain, and maximize uptime of our autonomous welding robots.

This role bridges Engineering and the field, turning product innovations into real-world adoption and safe operation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, curriculum design, or customer enablement within robotics or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to design and roll out technical training programs from scratch.
• Skilled at translating complex engineering docs into practical learning for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain training curriculums for internal technicians and customer operators.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to turn release notes into field training.
• Travel up to 40% to deliver hands-on training and gather feedback.
• Create scalable training frameworks, certifications, and refresher courses.
• Track training outcomes using data to optimize programs.
