Job summary

Alphatec Spine is seeking an Area Sales Manager, Navigation & Robotics for the Southeast to drive capital equipment sales growth across the region. You will develop territory plans, build a robust pipeline, and partner with surgeons, hospitals, and distributors to achieve revenue goals.

You will deliver compelling presentations, manage complex deals, and coordinate with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years medical device spine sales experience.
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Ability to travel 50-75% across Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital sales revenue for Valence Navigation & Robotics products throughout the Southeast territory.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve annual sales objectives.
• Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and surgeon practices.
• Create and deliver compelling value-based proposals and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close capital sales opportunities while maintaining profitability objectives.
• Establish trusted relationships with surgeons, administrators, operating room leadership, supply chain personnel, and executive stakeholders.
• Guide customers through the evaluation, purchasing, implementation, and adoption process.
