Job summary

Ironspring seeks a Solutions Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge robotic solutions for logistics and e-commerce. This role requires traveling to client facilities to gather requirements and validate technical constraints, bridging sales and engineering.

The candidate will design system-level solutions, participate in demonstrations, and assist with site surveys, configuration, and handoff to Operations for ordering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 5+ years' relevant work experience.
• Experience with automated equipment architecture design.
• Certification in PE, PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions for Plus One product offerings in logistics applications.
• Lead solution ideation, design, and communication activities.
• Support pre-sales through proofs-of-concept, demos, and technical Q&A.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to define system-level designs.
• Engineer site-specific fitments and communicate product details to installers.
