Job summary

AutoStore is hiring a Professional Services Associate to act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic partners, focusing on robotics, software and automation to optimize inventory storage and movement. You will diagnose complex issues, guide customers to solutions, and collaborate with R&D, Product, Support, Service and Sales to improve products.

The role offers exposure to robotics, controls, and software across customer sites, with travel as needed and a strong emphasis on customer success

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related technical discipline.
0-2 years of experience in a technical role.
Strong technical and root-cause analysis foundation.
Willingness to travel to customer/partner sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical point of contact for partner organizations and act as trusted consultant on AutoStore solutions.
Diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, and guide partners toward solutions.
Participate in design reviews, operations discussions, and strategic business conversations with partners and customers.
Identify risks, maintenance needs and opportunities for improved product utilization.
Develop deep expertise across AutoStore robotics, software, electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
