Job summary

FANUC America is seeking a District/Account Manager to grow the robotic automation business in the greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas. You will directly sell applications across General Industries and manage the FANUC America integration partners within the territory.

The ideal candidate has a background in robots and robotic applications, strong regional relationships, and a proven track record in selling capital equipment to end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer interface or selling experience.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Technical competency in automation applications from plant experience or formal education.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly to plants and engineering offices to meet targets.
• Develop and implement strategic selling plans for accounts.
• Manage FANUC America integrator network in territory and expand.
• Build relationships with key personnel in plants and management.
• Prepare quotations with full scope, pricing, and proposals.
• Coordinate with FAC resources to ensure project deliverables.
• Attend meetings to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvements.
• Track forecast and assist in collections when needed.
• Travel to customer sites and tradeshows as required.
