Job summary

Accenture in Seattle is seeking a Robotics Services Sales Senior Manager to originate and close robotics opportunities within the Physical AI portfolio. You will work with account teams, robotics architects, and delivery groups to shape credible solutions and scalable client programs.

Travel up to 75% may be required; a deep background in robotics automation and enterprise sales is essential to translate capabilities into measurable business value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in technology sales, robotics, automation consulting or related areas.
• At least 3 years focused on robotics, automation, autonomous systems or advanced manufacturing services.
• Proven track record originating and closing robotics/automation engagements with stakeholders.
• Experience selling consulting, solutioning, integration or managed services.
• Working understanding of the Physical AI transformation lifecycle.
• Knowledge of industrial robots, AMRs/AGVs, cobots, machine vision and fleet operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional pursuits with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate robotics tech to measurable business outcomes for executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robotics-services sales strategies across priority accounts.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline in robotics and automation domains.
• Identify opportunities based on labor, throughput, quality, and cost metrics.
• Lead pursuits from discovery through negotiation and delivery transition.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and commercial teams to shape solutions.
