Sorting Robotics Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline, qualify leads and book demos for our Account Executives.

This onsite role emphasizes collaboration with the sales team, strong presentation skills, and a passion for robotics technology. Ideal candidates have tech-based or customer-facing sales experience, familiarity with CRMs, and a proven ability to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Tech-based or customer-facing sales experience; robotics preferred.
• Experience in the cannabis industry at any professional level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver compelling and engaging presentations.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Willing to travel for robot demos and industry events.
• Vaccination against Covid-19 with proof required.

Responsibilities

• Researching potential customers and filling the top of the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify prospects and coordinate demo schedules.
• Follow up with prospects after demos to answer questions and facilitate next steps.
• Build relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
