Job summary

Amazon Robotics Delivery and Packaging Innovation (RDPI) seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer I to join the Test Engineering team. You will design and execute system-level verification plans, write SOPs, and track defects across the product lifecycle to support new technology programs.

Travel 50-75% across North America to fulfill testing at fulfillment centers, collaborating with hardware, software, and controls engineers to ensure robust quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in quality assurance engineering.
• Experience with automation testing and manual testing.
• Experience validating APIs and mobile tests is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive system-level verification plans for packaging automation.
• Create and maintain test cases for multi-component scenarios.
• Track, triage and report defects with root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain test automation to reduce manual effort.
• Document results and collaborate with hardware/software teams.
